Printing and Shipping Within the United States
A professional printer using a chemical printing process does printing. I currently use Adorama in New York City but this may change without prior notice. The photograph is shipped directly to you with the shipping costs prepaid within the United States. You need to contact me regarding shipping cost to a country outside the United States. Shipment outside the United States will be by the U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail. The shipping time is generally about 5 business days to major cities in approximately 50 countries. The shipping cost will be $12 for up to three photographs. If you do not want this shipping method used or you are purchasing more than three photographs, please contact me when you place the order.

Payment by Credit Card
If you want to pay by credit card, when you click “proceed to checkout” you will then see the following line: “Don’t have a PayPal account? Click here”. Follow this link and you will go to the pay by credit card page.

Returns
Simply contact me and I will provide an address to which the return should be made. If you are not satisfied for any reason with a photo you purchased from me, return it to me within 45 days and I will refund your money.

Delivery Times
The standard size photographs will usually ship to you within a week. Shipments outside the United States will usually take an additional week.

Non Standard Photograph Sizes
You may contact me regarding other sizes, photographs with borders or possibly other changes.  The prices generally remain the same but I will provide a price based on our communication.

Matting and Framing
I do not provide any arrangements for matting or framing photographs.
